ULNK integrate ticketing functionality through Future Ticketing API

  • Belfast based Sports Technology company ULNK has integrated ticketing technology utilising the high performing Future Ticketing API.

ULNK’s club app brought a range of fan engagement tools such as match centre, retail, food and beverage ordering, games and club lotteries together in one place.

With the addition of Future Ticketing’s next generation API calls, ULNK have now integrated advanced online ticket purchase technology and ticket access, meaning the branded app is now truly a one-stop-shop for fans.

Liam Holton, CEO, Future Ticketing said: “Our API first approach means our clients and their providers can access each feature and function within the Future Ticketing dashboard. This empowers organisations to share information, content and capacity across their preferred platforms.”

“This means fans can now purchase and save tickets to their Google or Apple Wallet while all the data is managed and stored in the Future Ticketing dashboard.”

Mr Holton added: “The team at ULNK have been very impressive throughout this process and the success of this collaboration reflects our shared goal of enabling our clients to avail of API opportunities through their preferred partners.”

Simon Steele, CEO, ULNK said: “Our cutting-edge technology solidifies the bond between fans and their favourite club and I was delighted to learn that Future Ticketing has those same values.”

“The club app we have developed for iOS and Android gives fans access to everything they wish to know about their club but crucially, we have also been able to integrate an in-built wallet for tickets thanks to Future Ticketing.

“The ULNK app was built to provide the ultimate convenience to clubs and their supporters and this partnership helps fulfil this remit.

“No other ticketing platform could provide the level of convenience through an API that we required.”

ULNK and Future Ticketing said clubs across the UK have already adopted the system including Linfield, Bangor and Portadown in the NIFL Premiership and Hartlepool United in England’s National League.

Fans can download their teams’ apps on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).
